Two huge events took place this month concerning our future Sefton Grange development in Netherton.
A revised scheme, comprising of 63 new homes, comprising of 18 stylish apartments and a mix of attractive two, three and four bedroom houses, has been awarded Planning Approval.
In addition, Sandway Homes received news that its new application to Homes England and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority for £1.1m of Brownfield Land Fund has been successful.
Brownfield Land Funding assists developers overcome viability issues due to the complexities of developing sites which have had a former use and making them ready for housing development.
Sefton Grange will be sited on the former Z Blocks site, located on the corner of Northern Perimeter Road and Buckley Hill Lane with access via Higher End Park. With views over playing fields and semi-rural land across to Sefton Village, this development offers the best of both worlds offering easy transport routes into Liverpool, Southport and for wider commutes via the M57 and M58.
