With both live sites now nearing completion, we take the time to reflect on Sandway’s journey.
We are very nearly sold on our two live sites in Southport with the last plots nearly constructed and only a few plots remaining for sale.
Two new communities have now come together and walking through the developments on the run up to Christmas seeing occupied homes decorated with twinkling lights and seasonal wreathes was very special.
Sandway has also achieved important milestones towards our next developments. In November, we welcomed a new partner, Challenger Building Services who will be working with us on our Molyneux Gardens development.
Challenger’s Managing Director, Richard Hutchinson, met on site recently with Sandway’s Managing Director, Lin Powell.
Richard explains “Challenger Building Services are delighted to have been chosen as Sandway’s construction delivery partner for their latest development, Molyneux Gardens, which will re-energise the local area and deliver much needed housing. It’s great to see brownfield land sites brought through the planning process and delivered to enrich the already thriving community.”
The team are currently working towards a new website launch in the New Year to coincide with our first sales release to promote the 45 new Sandway Homes in Netherton, the first of which will be available in Summer 2024.
Sandway has recently submitted a planning application for a fourth scheme in Netherton and, in the meantime, our work continues to identify further sites across Sefton which will benefit from our quality homes.
It has been quite a journey for a new company, but one we take pride in when we see the homes and communities created as a result.
