Within the 12 month defect rectification period provided by Sandway Homes, Clixifix makes it easy to report any issues directly to the Sandway team. Our new homeowners can upload photos and videos for more efficient defect categorisation and reduce confusion for all involved.
As our homes also come with a 10 year warranty from the NHBC, the customer journey continues long after our homeowners receive the keys to their new Sandway Home.
