Sandway Homes was established in 2018 by Sefton Council to deliver a range of outcomes including the development of quality housing to meet the needs of the Borough and raise the bar for aspirational living.
Since that time, we have fully built and sold two developments in the north of the Borough, delivering 78 new homes. We are now also full steam ahead with our third development – Molyneux Gardens = located in the south of the Borough with its first homeowners now in situ.

- Supported local employment and skills built through apprenticeships;
- Engaged with local schools and colleges to raise aspirations and inspire builders of the future;
- Supported and promoted small local businesses through our welcome packs;
- Engaged in community action to enhance local communities;
- Contributed towards Sefton’s new housing strategy, Sefton Home 2030.
