Sandway has now proudly launched its first suite of show homes at Sandy Brook, Ainsdale, alongside partners, Barnfield Construction and Turner & Townsend.
It has been hugely rewarding seeing the vision of Sandway Homes come to fruition thanks to the hard work and dedication of all connected to our schemes from conception to completion of our first homes.
Our guests gathered on a fabulous, sunny morning on 30th June to help us celebrate the opening before touring our show homes to see how the designs by our partner, Stanza Style Interiors, have been brought to life.
Enjoying the occasion with us were the Company’s Shareholder Representative, Councillor Trish Hardy, Sefton Council’s Chief Executive, Dwayne Johnson and Sandway’s Board of Directors and other key partners and special guests from Sefton Council, Abode Group, Together Housing and Homes England.
The winners of a ‘Design a Home for the Future’ competition – pupils from the neighbouring Kings Meadow Primary School – were presented with their prizes before joining The Mayor of Sefton to officially open the show homes with a ribbon cutting.
We are looking forward to welcoming back the pupils of Kings Meadow and Woodvale & Ainsdale Community Centre in the Autumn for a special burial of time capsules containing their thoughts of life during 2021-2022, their special memories and notes to their future selves.
